East India Company, a bill of exchange for £50, dated 17 September 1831, serial number 253, 5% loan to be paid over 12 months, issued in For St George, Madras, printed on watermarked paper, signed by Accountant General and Secretary to Government, sold with a hand written cover letter referencing the bill of exchange, embossed with red wax seal, correspondence from Madras India to Sea Park, Torres New Britain,both in WBG holders number 40 and 20 respectively, very fine to extremely fine, usual and of historical interest (one letter, one bill of exchange, two pieces)Pick unlisted£500-£700
