Excellent Gulf GroupingINDIA. Reserve Bank & Government of India. 1, 5, 10 & 100 Rupees, ND (1957-1970). P-R1, R2, R3, & R4. Persian Gulf Note. PMG About Uncirculated 55 to Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ.4 pieces in lot. An incredible offering of this Persian Gulf note grouping. Pick numbers R1 and R2 are both in SGU 67EPQ holders and are tied for the finest graded by PMG. The R3 note shows in a CU64 with only 4 finer examples on the PMG population report. The R4 100 Rupees is seen in an AU55 holder with just 3 notes graded higher by PMG. All 4 notes boast incredible colors and detail with the typical staple holes found on each. These notes are seldom encountered and when they are always garner plenty of attention.
