INDIA. 2 Rupees - 8 Annas, ND (1917). P-2.This note has the appeal of a higher grade with the colorful guilloche at center showing bright color and crisp detail. The paper is also strong and evidence of original embossing is seen from the reverse. A few spits along the borders are mentioned with the lower center one being the most significant. Still a great way to fill the likely hole in many collections for a price which will save a nice premium over higher graded material.Estimate: $600 - $800. Very Good-Fine
