INDIA. British Administration. 10 Rupees, ND (1928-35). P-16b (Jhun 3.8.2). PMG Choice Very Fine 35. Highest denomination of this King George V series. Second signature J.W Kelly. Prefix Q/33. Clear nice white margin and appealing centering. PMG comments "Staple Holes at Issue, Stains." For accuracy some minor stains are seen on the back, which is the only limiting factor in higher grade. Estimate: $700 - $1,000.
