The panel in corners bear signature which probably are of State Treasury officials. Date in central panels in Vaishak VS 1934, serial no.: 1045. Watermark paper made by Wiggins Teape & Company, J&R 8.1.3, damage from several parts and grading open from three sides. Rare.
