No. F74 729749 & 704652, (KJ & RR # 3.2.1A), exceptional paper quality, spindle holes & staple holes at issue, graded by PMG as 65 Gem Uncirculated EPQ & 64 Choice Uncirculated, Exceptionally Rare. Note: These 1935 One Rupee banknotes were initially issued in booklets of 25, and sometimes independently without the booklet. The booklet-issued notes had two variants: the thread-sewn type and the staple issue type. This pair of twin banknotes shares the same sub-prefix F74 but originates from two different booklet issues, one with the fully thread-sewn type and the other with the staple issue type. Finding both types within the same sub-prefix is a new discovery in the history of One Rupee series of 1935. It's noteworthy that the booklets were bundled differently—one with a thread type and the other with a pin type issue. This pairing could indicate a change in the issue type, making it a highly unusual occurrence. A remarkable and unique opportunity for collectors, never offered or seen before. This exceptional find, combined in a single PMG slab, represents a top-notch rarity. Both of these notes have received the Uncirculated grades of 64 and 65 from PMG with special mention of exceptional paper quality(EPQ), which adds to its rarity.
