The following notes are missing from this collection (RM & AM # SR 2.9, SR 2.54, SR 2.55, SR 2.59, SR 2.60, SR 2.61, SR 2.62, SR 2.63, SR 2.64, SR 2.67, SR 2.69, SR 2.70 and SR 2.72/Phila # D.S9, D.S54, D.S55, D.S59, D.S60, D.S61, D.S62, D.S63, D.S64, D.S67, D.S69, D.S70, and D.S72). Note: Building an almost complete set of Star replacement series is difficult.
