British India, 1917, King George V, 1 Rupee, Bombay Circle, 1 st Print, Signed by M.M.S. Gubbay, B Prefix, S. No. B71 600556, (KJ & RR # 3.1.1A), Wrong Gujarati, graded by PMG as 64 Choice Uncirculated, Extremely Rare. Note: This first banknote in the King George V portrait series was issued 106 years ago. It was issued for the Bombay circle and has managed to survive with its original colour, and the crisp quality of the paper has maintained its sheer brilliance.
