British India, 1949, King George VI, 2 Rupees, Signed by C.D. Deshmukh, Serial number in Red, H Prefix, S. No. H66 784486, (KJ & RR # 4.2.3), staple holes at issue, crisp paper, graded by PMG as 64 Choice Uncirculated, Extremely Rare in this grade. Note: The red serial number signifies that these banknotes were issued after May 1949 and were later withdrawn in October 1957. A banknote of a similar type graded by the PMG as 64 was sold by us in July 2020 for Rs. 1,56,000 incl. all.
