No, A3 664591, (KJ & RR # 4.8.1A), a private seal on the obverse and a bank seal on the reverse, holes, folds, graffiti on both the sides, about very fine, Extremely Rare. Note: This banknote has the private seal of “Sri Gandhi Ashram, Akbarpur” on the obverse. This Ashram is located in Akbarpur of Uttar Pradesh. It is an interesting item for Gandhi collectors as well.
