British India, 1925, King George V, 10 Rupees, Signed by H. Denning, F Prefix, S. No. F5 316107, (KJ & RR # 3.6A.1), single thread hole, single fold, almost uncirculated, Extremely Rare. Note: The second banknote in 10 Rupees with the portrait of King George V, which was released in 1925. This whole series is fascinating with variations in the placement of serial numbers, watermark varieties and signatories. The 'Star of India' and a motto was used on the reverse. This banknote is of the type with the serial number on the top-right and bottom-left. An extremely gorgeous specimen of high paper quality in the original white colour, it is seldom offered in this condition.
