Serial number 00000 in the counterfoil. Date annotation "5 Sept. 1906" in pencil on counterfoil. Obverse is black and light grey on multicolor underprint, which is different from The Standard Catalog description for this seal variety. There are two centerfolds and action along the left margin of the counterfoil.
