Description India Government of India 10 Rupees ND (1917-30) Pick 5b Jhunjhunwalla-Razack 3.6.2 PMG About Uncirculated 50 . Featuring the serial numbers at upper left and lower right, this variety is scarce today in any grade. Although PMG declares this note to be within the range of 1917 to 1930, the range can be narrowed to 1923 to 1925 considering the design and signature variation. The visual presentation is quite good for the type and the technical grade is significantly better than average. A spindle hole at issue is mentioned for accuracy.
