Persian Gulf issued banknotes circulated in Bahrain, Kuwait, Muscat & Oman, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. Rarely are they encountered in Uncirculated grade, which adds desirability to these scarce types. The designs are exactly the same as those which circulated in India, but the color schemes and prefixes were changed. Staple holes at issue are mentioned for accuracy.
