The 4e examples like this one have been punch cancelled and diagonally stamped ANNULE in purple across the face. The Krause reference lists no values in any grade for this variety whatsoever, and we have handled only one other Pick 4e in 2017. That piece graded Fine 15 with minor splits and rust and it realized $1,057. Comments for this example provided by the grading company include scattered pinholes on the left side.
