Description

Description India Reserve Bank of India, Calcutta 100 Rupees ND (1927-37) Pick 10j1 Jhunjhunwalla-Razack 3.10.2D PMG Very Fine 20 Net . A decent example of this scarce King George V type. Although the Standard Catalog and PMG mention that this note is from the era of 1917 to 1930, it was in fact not released until 1927, and circulated until at least 1937. Nevertheless, this large format type is rare in any grade, and widely sought after as such. A paper pull and foreign substance are noted. View Certification Details from PMG
