Description Portuguese India Banco Nacional Ultramarino 100 Escudos 2.1.1959 Specimen Pick 43s A stunning specimen with deep colors and full margins. On back is an early explorers overlooking masted ships sailing about the waters of Portuguese India. The word SPECIMEN is overprinted diagonally on the face and solid serial number 000000 is seen at lower left. This example differs from the Specimen we sold in late 2012 for nearly $1000 as it does not have the POC's, nor a De La Rue stamp at upper left.
