Government of India, Uniface, Rupees 10, red under print, signed M. M. S. Gubbay, 23 August 1920, (J&R 2A.2.4.1). Graded by PMG 35 Choice Very Fine, Rare. We assign a much higher grade to this note, at the very least Extremely Fine, if not About Uncirculated. PMG perhaps assigned a lower grade to the note as they have mentioned “Corner Missing”. They might not be aware that many Rupees 10 red under print notes have the top right corner missing, which might have to do something with the indexing of the notes.
