McWatters, a complete booklet of 25 pieces housed in a red jacket by a stapled pin, 874276 to 874300, an advertisement on the inside of the jacket for the ’POST OFFICE CASH CERTIFICATE’ (J&R 1.2A). Tear on the jacket, the notes inside About Uncirculated to Uncirculated, Extremely Rare. (25) 1st issue 1917 complete booklets are seldom seen, but a booklet with an advertisement on the inside jacket is even rarer, indeed a great Rarity in British India Paper Money.
