Bank of Bengal, Rupees 100, Type 6, Calcutta, hand signed and dated 24th April 1834. Personified 'Commerce' sitting on articles of merchandise in centre above the central panel, value denoted in Bengali, Persian and Kaithi above 'Commerce' in words and numerals. Hand written serial number in English placed on top right and left corners. Denomination written in Devanagari, English and Bengali scripts on the reverse. (Jhun#3.6.6). Fine+, Signature uncut hence unusual and Very Rare.
