Orange 'Parliament House' issue: obverse with the Lion Capital of Ashoka at right, "Promise to pay the Bearer the sum of Twenty Rupees", SPECIMEN overprint and an all-zero serial (000000); reverse with the vignette of Parliament House (Sansad Bhavan), New Delhi, and "TWENTY RUPEES".
