The panel in corners bear signature which probably are of State Treasury Official. Date in central panels is month Vaishakh VS1934. Serial No: 00684. Water-mark paper made by Wiggins Teape & Company, bearing 'LESCHALLAS' inside a coat of arms with year 1877. J&R 8.1.4. Corner slight torn and stain marks otherwise Extremely Fine, Extremely Rare.
