Indo-Portuguese, Dez / 10 Rupias, 4th issue, 1939, Banco Nacional Ultramarino, decreto in black, A series, 3rd signature in steamship panel, perforated “Cancelled' on top in center, dated Lisboa 1924 in bottom right panel, tiger running to right in centre. About Uncirculated, Very Rare with the 3rd signature. Banknotes dated 1st January 1924 were issued in 1929 by adding the prefix ‘A’ and overprinted in black ‘Decreto No. 17154’. An additional third abbreviated signature is seen in lower serial number panel (next to the steam ship). The usual notes with the red Decreto no. in red do not have the short signature.
